I'm reminded of that scene from the animated Justice League where Bats and Wonder Woman go to New Genesis and Lightray slaps her on the butt (or at least it's seriously implied that he did). She certainly did react and she and Bats did chase Lightray down, but at the same time she didn't try to punch him out or anything because they also had bigger problems at the time. And that reaction made sense to me.
Sooo, personal verdict: her actions here are pretty much in character and in the same veing as the aforementioned scene.
But I do think it would be hilarious if at the end of this story arc when Orion leaves, Diana just decks him a la Batman vs. Guy Gardner.

WW: "Oh and by the way, Orion?"
O: "Yes?"
BAM!
WW: "Don't slap me on the butt. EVER"
