There was a comic that commented on this, I wish I remember which. Basically Logan's sensei facepalms and says along the lines of how Logan's expertly trained in dozens of martial arts and knows how to take someone down without even getting touched, but when a fight starts all his training go out the window and he just charges straight ahead like a bull. His healing factor has always been an impediment to his fighting skills.
