Oh even I have to disagree there, there's is many a high class heiny out there worth mentioning; Booster Gold and Kyle Rayner are both well qualified to at least challenge Mr Grayson.

I am reliably informed by those who have a preference for such things, that Wonder Woman and She Hulk are particularly choice (And I can certainly appreciate the aesthetics)

I'm definitely hoping for a lot of, well illustrated, posts challenging my assertions!

The panel, iirc, is from the Resurrection of Ra'as Al Ghul storyline. Wikipedia refers to her as one of "the insect girls," but I can't tell you which one until I get home to the book

The group is Dragonfly, Silken Spider and the blonde Tiger Moth (who debuted as disposable characters in Poison Ivy's first ever story way back in Batman 181.

I think this is the first time they had reappeared since then, but might be wrong there..
