Turns out it was not Robin Lois, its...Lana Quinn.



There's some other decent mish-mashes, but I think Ravanna was the best. I'll post it if someone wants, but after the spirited discussion on the prospect of Robin Lane (Totally should have happend!), I thought I'd post the answer!

Lane is a type of street. Harley Quinn is derived from Harlequin and Harleen Quinnzel.

Naming the mashup character Harley Street maintains the punnish nature of Quinn's name -- Harley Street is famous in the UK (and other places) as being the location of many many doctors both medical and otherwise.

Lane is a type of street, but Lang isn't. And Harley Street may be famous in the UK (in certain circles at least) but far too obscure prolly for DC offices and definitely for American audiences.
