I can't wait to see Batman utter those strange Lovecraftian words of horror again.

Well without context it's a hectic situation with Wonder Woman running around putting out fires rolling with the punches. And a box of doom bees. A full issue or two, maybe not.

Truly a momentous occasion in WW's history. At last we had proof that a woman was as capable of writing shitty WW stories as a man.

The thing I love most about this issue, aside from the bees (MY GOD), is Tom blundering in opening the BOX OF DOOM BEES while Diana warns him that they don't know what's inside and Hippolyta is all "YOU FOOL YOU'LL KILL US ALL"...

...because it was literally one issue ago (in Wonder Woman #9) that Hippolyta told Diana that the BOX OF DOOM BEES contained a poison that would kill humans while leaving anyone of Amazon blood unscathed.

Even the writers of Amazons Attack had stopped caring at this point.

Siiiiiiiiigghhh....

Is it bad that I'm reminded of the animated Wonder Woman with Nathan Fillion and Keri Russell? Lots of fury and melodrama, no sense of the history of the concept.
