Well in Attilan Rising, he showed that what one thinks is a successful rebellion, was anything but. And if what he did with Attilan is any indication, everyone's a flick of a finger away from a total reset.

Man, the artwork leaves so much to be desired on this title. At least Andre isn't going to be drawing any of the big Marvel titles that are coming... I think.
