I was mainly thinking about a woman I read of, actually. Apparently muscle contractions that are fun on an occasional basis become uncomfortable/painful when you've been having them every few minutes for an extended period. I assume the same would hold true for men suffering that drug side effect that causes orgasms when people sneeze—they wouldn't have persistent erections like guys with priapism, but moving a dusty pile of newspapers could result in a lot of discomfort. And mess.
