Yep, it turns out Chewbacca DID get a medal all along -- he just didn't wear it! Mystery solved.

Maybe. There was a comic in the 1980s where Chewie received a medal during a second private ceremony because he was too tall for Leia to put it around him during the first one.

I think I like the above version better, simply because he could...y'know...bend over. Or get one one knee.

So turns out that frustrated roar at the end of the film was "Nope. Not wearing it. Nuh-uh" as opposed to "Where's MY medal?!".

I really liked this mini. I've liked all the Star Wars minis, honestly. This one felt like a nice little Wolverine comic, plucky teen girl sidekick and all.
