The series is nearly over, I think.
Carrying on from the last issue, the mindcontrolled students of St Hadrian's school for future super-spies are going on a PG13 rampage, with the only cure being the Scarecrow's fear toxin. Unfortunately they have only a limited amount of that at hand, and even when it's administered to the victims it still causes violent halluncinations.
Such is the case with Harper, who hasn't taken the news of Cass killing her mum very well.

The tazer damages the wall behind Dick, who finds former Spyral agent Poppy patiently waiting there for Harper to kill Jason, Cass and Dick or vice versa. Dick, rather unceremoniously, knocks her out.
Meanwhile, Helena, Dr Netz and Tim are making their way into the basement to turn off the machine broadcasting Mother's mindcontrol virus, only to get jumped by David Cain on the way down. Helena tells the other two to go ahead while she battles Cass' dad.
Shortly afterwards, Cass (who like Harper and Tim is currently tripping) accidentally saves the day/makes things worse.

Tim and Netz manage to deactivate the mindcontrol plague, but Poppy and David managed to escape with the unconscious Harper and Cass due to flashing Dick and Helena with paralysising hand tattoos. Helena explains that the tattoos were part of the modified mindcontrol satellite's tech from the previous issue, which she had installed to erase Dick's knowledge of being Nightwing so he could build a new life for himself without his former superhero ID getting in the way... y'know, like the new Batman storyline, sort of.
Unfortunately, Poppy leaked this information to Mother, who promptly used it to get into their heads via the implants Helena had installed in their heads. Oops. And just to make things worse, a long lost character shows up.

I've not been reading Grayson, but I thought that Spyral were a good group now, what's with the quasi-supervillianous stuff they have going on there?
