Bloody brilliant. Great craftsmanship.

That is some great story-telling there. One mark of great layout is that you can follow the story without anything but the visuals, and that's clearly the case, here. The action leads the eye and the layout tells you the story without the need for dialogue.

It's Jinx, but this was far from her first appearance, if that's what you mean. She was first introduced in GI Joe #59.
