Okay. As someone who played "Prince of Persia: warrior within". That was vision.

I guess we're supposed to focus in the whole 'What did Vision do' while ignoring that Kang of all people, didn't/doesn't have any temporal defenses to protect himself?

Because I can only imagine that he has countless more enemies more ruthless than Vision, and far better versed in time travel than him.

This issue seems to suggest that part of Kang's defense is that nobody knows his real identity. A lot of the story is Vision's adventures across time trying to find out, and while he eventually succeeds, it's a close call and takes a lot of sweat and blood.

Also, how would someone even defend themselves from this kind of thing? Your family tree can't actually be traced to a beginning. It just keeps going ever further back and back, in that everyone has a mother and father. At any given point in history, you have living ancestors. And any one of them dying or never meeting their partner means you'll never exist. To prevent yourself from being erased by a time traveler, you'd have to literally safeguard all of human history.

Kang's been able to create time barriers to not only protect someone's lineage, but his whole kingdom. From beings as powerful as Alioth. Not being able to protect his own person simply doesn't read right.

Exactly. Time travel is a tool for him, one he should know better than anyone.

It's easy to say he should be able to but, again, how does one even go about doing that? It'd require safeguarding all human history up until your birth.

And he's done it. Not just for him, but his whole kingdom.

What did he do? Time tampering is clearly still possible across human history, as countless stories show.

So Vision just unmade Billy Kaplan, Tommy Shepherd, Teddy Altman, Dani Cage, and a whole boodle of other people. Because "stop Kang from becoming Kang before he starts was literally the plan in the first arc of Young Avengers, and it made those four evaporate on panel.

But hey. I guess it also unmakes Jonas, since he's based on the brain patterns of teenage Kang, so they now have a reason for no one to mention him ever...

I thought the Vision was "storing" his emotions that had to do with Wanda. Since if he didn't, he would probably want to lie down and die/turn off/ whatever.
