So, basically the same origin as with the Marvel version, but with changes to Rom's Homeworld's name, as well as to the Space Knights order. Also, while he's officially a Space Knight, odds are they won't ever use that on the cover.
When he asked about earth's policy to deal with aliens, my first reaction was "it will be funny when she tells him earth has none" and then the dialogue two pages laters made me realize "oh, that's right! this is canon to idw's Transformers"
I never liked the idea of a whole species being evil, or being "evil" because you studied "dark arts" and strayed from a conventional philosophical or moral path.
I wonder if any Dire-Wraiths use their abilities to help others? They can't ALL be bad, surely?
