That is a remarkably stupid, risky, and awfully specific plan that relies on way too many factors. I mean, it's not like there are a lot of cyborgs running around the DCU, so why assume -this- is the time when they use the same process to save someone's life?

Motto. I thought that cover might not be a great choice to begin with, then saw how she was colored inside and was confused. Also, their plan is...wow, it's Not Great. It's like a 10 year-old's approach to global politics, with an incredibly convoluted plan to even start it in motion.
