Eh, just wander around aimlessly. You'll probably run into him sooner or later, that's how these things usually work.
(Or you'll get into trouble, and run into him also having gotten into the same trouble.)

... either there's something in the comic that's given Miles cause to believe this, or jeez, kid! Slow the heck down. Maybe talk to her first.
(Most people normally like a little romancing first, just sayin'.)

The comic opens with Gwen and Miles making out. It then reveals that Miles is telling the story to Ganke and Goldballs, who ask him to rewind to the start and explain how the heck that happened.

Quick googling turned up a bunch of results where the New York metro area was in the top two.

Wikipedia puts it at 23rd for "city proper" size and 14th for "metro area" size.

I guess Miles didn't get past the results from citymayors.com ?

I've seen people joke about "my future wife" or "my future husband" when they first see someone to which they're attracted. I wouldn't take it as anything more than teenage hormones going whack-a-doodle-doo. :)

...because that "future wife" thing is kind of far-reaching for his age, isn't it?
