Jonathan Hickman stories feel like he decided "I can write a superhero story on twice as many Magic Mushrooms as Grant Morrison takes!"

This is bonkers, but at least it isn't completely up its own ass like a lot of Hickman's work. I'm actually enjoying this story so far.

I like the way Victor's taking all of this.

"S'il vous plaît."

"Oooh, I feel like a kid in an ice cream shop -- so many flavors, and they're all delightful! Say, do you have any Spanish?"

My favorite part is how mundane Richards and Doom just look. Just average males with average looking clothes.

God, I hate Reed's time traveler dad. Not so much the character himself, as the concept. It's right up there with the Parkers having been badass spies on my hate list.
