idk. the art looks kinda meh. Not sure if I'm really intrigued by this or not...but I do think it's fun that the Simmons boys read comics =)

Enh, the art feels very ripped and traced to me. Rips alot of visual cues and such from Hellsing, but doesn't even work with them right. The guy in the first page looks so much like Alucard its not even funny.

It feels like the art style is trying to be manga, but then the panneling and the pacing is a bit off. Not bad per say, but not quite got the gist. I'd with more people realsied that manga's not just about big eyes and speed lines! D:

Meh. Did you ever notice that when people start to talk about a 'revolutionary new take' on this or that, it is almost guaranteed to be, well... less than revolutionary? I mean, immortal undead people who survive by hunting humans - gosh, THAT'S never been done before.
Anyway, if this Nick Simmons is anything like his daddy Gene, I think I'll hold off on praising his take on things. Anyone else hear that interview of him on 'Fresh Air'? Damn, what a jerk.
