It ended with Strange locking the villain in the basement after casting the misery externalizing spell on him. So yeah... SuperScienceMan might got that revelation about becoming what he hated, but not on panel at least.
Now that magic's seeping back, Strange ought to use the Eye of Agamotto to show SuperScienceMan exactly how he'd become a malevolent, oppressive force just like the ones he was crusading against. Back in the 70s he used to win philosophical victories over opponents in addition to just beating them up.
Would be nice... Aaron has exactly 2 issues to pull that off. :/ (Then Hopeless takes over and I don't have much hope that he'll follow up upon anything Aaron might left hanging.)
