Maybe they have more numbers but not nearly as much power...? The Annihilation Wave was a universal threat that was beating up on *everyone* at the same time. The Kree, the Skrulls, and many more were all losing.

That was apparently only a portion of a Wave, which the Inhumans annihilated in turn %)) And the rest successfully headed to the Earth!

You know, people would probably hate the Inhumans slightly less if the given reason that they didn't want to destroy the cloud was that it might kill them all in return.

But whatever, I'm pretty sure there's an "portray the current generation of Inhumans in the best possible light" editorial edict going on.

(Though the most recent issue shows that Black Bolt/Maximus' parents as assholes intentionally, so that edict doesn't go to the past.)

Yeah there's no other explanation for the all the apologia going around during the IVX storyline with the absurd defenses like the Terrigen Mists wiping out mutants being comparable to peanut butter allergies or Cyclops being compared to Hitler for trying to stop mutants from being gassed to death.

And I also think even if such an edict exists it's failing and it has been failing for years :D

Yeah, they tend to do that with Inhumans and I honestly don't know WHY.
(Maybe there's undiscovered pheromone enchantment thing which influence every other race to think "nay, Inhumans are okay" no matter what they do, so it seems strange only to the readers :D)

It's like they try and have them be heroes while still doing some 'ambiguous' actions and shoot right past 'ambiguous' and into 'horrible' without realizing it.

Gosh, Maximus escaped quicker than expected.

Y'know, one can't help but feel that the Inhumans might actually have more luck imprisoning Maximus if they put him in an unlocked room with a sign on the door saying "no escaping, please".

At the very least, it'll keep him prisoner for more than five seconds.

A mirror instead of a door and regular brotherly visits can prolong the imprisoning for as long as a whole week!

Honestly, they should just execute him. The occasional useful thing he does during his more lucid moments can't possibly outweigh all the evil he does when he's being "the Mad."

In a vacuum, JG Jones' Marvel Boy design is great. But you're right, once he starts interacting with other characters, he does start to look like Quicksilver. The Young Avengers costume added more black, which they probably should have stuck with.

Unfortunately, the last time they tried to majorly change his costume, we got the Protector suit (https://static.comicvine.com/uploads/scale_small/0/3853/1049104-scannedimage_2.jpg), which is just... bleh.
