How is the dictator guy NOT dead from the Spray's Anatomy they were doing to that truck? High caliber bullets don't tend to stop for no goddamn human body, and he's sitting right behind several of them. I'm pretty sure Ennis knew this at some point, like, I distinctly recall him using that as a minor plot point in Punisher around the same damn time this comic came out.

Given that Ennis's Punisher run has him killing a copycat for collateral damage, and engaging in several firefights in the street, I'm not convinced that he *cares* about consistency in that sort of thing, as opposed to his hard men looking cool.

With Ennis, one has to grasp at straws: I'm glad to see Fury being relatively pro-UN, and actively distrustful of US interests. In general I think it would be good to see more internationalism in Marvel comics.
