It was hilarious having Earth 23 Lex Luthor keep having to explain he hated Superman because he was from another world, not because of his skin colour.

Interesting he even knows what the Tuskegee experiment was, given this is in 1961. In our world, that's a few years before the first doctor even spoke out against their clear inhumanity. The story wouldn't in the press until the early '70s, which is what led to it finally being terminated.

This has been historical trivia about horrible events.
