It was either this issue or the one before... once they beat the Snarks and destroyed the machine, the powers of the captives all came back slowly.

Black Bolt and Medusa are cousins as well, possibly distantly related like Gorgon

In the Earth X reality wasn't Ahura engaged to Luna? And they are definitely first cousins since their mothers are sisters

They are cousins, but, as you say, not close ones... and no, I'm not going to try and work out how to name their exact relationship

Let's see, Medusa is first-cousins with Triton & Karnak, but unless they're related further up the line she's not actually related to either Gorgon or Black Bolt save by marriage.

Cousin marriage is a popular human thing actually, still practiced widely.

As for Inhumans, they have (or at least, had) genetic screenings for future children, so, for instance, it was forbidden for Black Bolt and Medusa to reproduce not because they're cousins (too) but because of the Boltagon 'dangerous lineage'.
