In this world, instead of brushing against Thor, Rogue completely drains him, leaving only a withered corpse. She goes on a rampage, killing Vision, Hawkeye, and Jocasta, switching between her own natural diction and Thor's until she regains control of herself and goes to bust Mystique and the Brotherhood out, showing that she can even wield Mjolnir.
Odin, sensing Thor's death, is unable to revoke Thor's power from Rogue, believing it to be some quirk of her biological power. He sends Balder, Sif, and the Warriors Three to go to Midgard while he grieves.
The plane explodes, with Rogue as the very distraught sole survivor. She is approached by Loki, promising to show her her true destiny.
Rogue and Loki invade Asgard with Loki's army of monsters, but the Asgardians have backup from Odin's warriors he sent to Earth, who brought the FF and the remaining Avengers. Fearing that the sight of Thor's past friends and allies might clear Rogue's mind, he takes her directly to Odin.

Date: 2017-12-09 07:40 am (UTC)Of course since blob is also a huge indestructibe fat mother fucker I am almost positive that fall wouldn't have killed him. Hell, he's fallen from heights like that in the main timeline. There was no reason for Pyro to flip the fuck out like that, they could have just swung around and grabbed him (or, better yet, just let the fat fucker swim back to base on his own as punishment for putting his hands on Rogue like that).
