I remember liking this when it came out... but it definitely hasn't aged particularly well (and probably wasn't that good at the time either, even if there's some merit in the concept).

But it seemed like they could never come to any kind of consensus on what exactly the Sentry's deal was and how his powers worked (even when he was being written by the same guy).

And the "floating in a sea of screens" thing they were doing with the armor users for a while just looks stupid.

How is that explained in universe? Is his brain connected to like a virtual reality controls? And why is he naked?

Many, many reasons. Though I might just be thinking "shouldn't" instead of "wouldn't".

Way back in Warren Ellis' Thunderbolts, Norman went on a mad rant while changing clothes, which gave us "Note to self: Dictate naked more often. The ideas seem to flow more freely."

Under another writer, this would almost feel like a nod to that.

Well, I can certainly see why Bob would start to fall in with Osborn here.

I mean, Five Guys? That's quite a bomb to drop on someone who's forgotten how to eat.

I loved the Norman/Bob scene because it made sense to me. Of course it would make sense to Bob.
