Eh, it kinda works for me as a 'we're both screwed, let's get our jollies out right before the end.'
The best part about this it that you know in less than two years after him blowing them all up some writer will pull out the "All my old armors" trick. Hell, AI Tony was wearing the 'old suit' in Secret Empire.
Yes, its a brief human moment for Hill. I think she is really young, isn't she? And shes never gotten to have a personal life. Also, there is the lack of complications from the guy planning to erase his own mind soon.
It's the sleeping that bothers me. I can get behind two people who had been at odds boning down in a doomsday scenario. I can't get behind them having a post-coital snooze after the fact, when time is of the essence. Just give them a little sexy-time, and then back to business.
Does the sleeping humanize her? Waking up and finding a note? Would her just giving and getting a bit of rough from Tony and then heading out make her seem too cold? I don't know. Making her as heartless as she was when she was introduced was a mistake, as she was the unrelenting sneer of pro-registration. Making her more human gives her more depth, but this was not the smoothest transition.
At this point I'm pretty sure that Tony goes and rebuilds a bunch of the old models whenever he has the resources to do so. And with the number of times old suits have come in handy I can't blame him. But at this point I think there have been more copies of the classic Iron Man suit than there have been X-Men.
Me, I'm just wondering how he justified that decision to the public: "I am deeply ashamed of my past as the Green Goblin and have moved past it. But hey, why waste a bitchin aesthetic?"
I know I'm about two weeks late with this, but does the author have any understanding of the legal systems outside the USA? In Germany the only people allowed to do an arrest are the members of the police(including BKA and the sixteen LKAs) and nobody else. And I highly doubt that the German government would allow ANY organization to do that no matter what, even if it is just because of Article 16 of the constitution.
Also I don't know how many of the shares Tony is holding, but I'm certain there are a lot of other share holders of Stark Industries. And it is highly doubtful that they simply accept that a very valuable paper turns worthless in just a single day. I would say that before the day is out the first substantial class action suits against HAMMER will be in the making. Norman Osborne should be prepared to spend a lot of time in courts for the upcoming years.

I wonder how many armor suits he's built and destroyed over the years at this point.
