It speaks volumes that this isn’t the best Super Spidey Story (holly crap, the star wars pastiche).

I love that they decided to use Hellcat for this crossover, but they couldn't actually say :"Hell" in a kids comic, so its just "The Cat."

At this point the Thanos copter and Thanos being carted off by the cops at the end just go without saying.

Originally, The Cat was Greer Nelson's ID before she was got transformed into Tigra. Patsy Walker found the costume later on and became Hellcat.

I'm pretty sure that the first trailer had both Spidey and Thor attempting to stop the 'copter...or' copter-like device.

Reading the Web Man issue in a classroom was one of my earliest exposures to Spider-Man. While I don't actually own that one, I was lucky enough to get some well-worn used copies of the series as a kid. It's one of the few comics I've considered trying to hunt down floppies for even after giving up on the format* but those backissue prices I see these days are nuts.

*It isn't like they'll ever reprint them. I'm sure it's a rights mess.

The thing is, Starlin would probably have Thanos randomly drop the Cosmic Cube so the heroes could get it. Y'know, because he's so complex.
