It's funny because Marvel's going out of its way to not have Reed or Sue appear or be mentioned in any shape or form.

But Marvel Two in One is specifically about Johnny and Ben searching the multiverse for Reed and Sue.

And Johnny being the sole beneficiary of Reed's patents and fortune is how he managed to fund the reconstruction of Avengers Mansion in perpetuity

Err, they are mentioned and shown in flashbacks, so the joke is kind of a stretch, it would have worked better a year or two ago.
