I would if I actually cared about the Will. He's still the absolute worst. Everything surrounding him involves killing off better characters or causing misery to women. My only hope is that he finally dies so Vaughan stops wasting our time with this ugly, waste of time character.

Not to say that there aren't better characters, but The Will isn't 100% the worst--credit where is due, he did save Sophie from Sextillion and gave her a better life. But that was before his coma--his motives became more selfish and self-gratifying after that.

BKV got rightly roasted in his letters page for killing off a gay man in a happy relationship.

I'll never forget the issue where Izabel was killed, and then the letters page immediately after was all like "Welp, guess that beloved character's dead! Womp womp." Like... damn, dude. If you don't care about your characters, why should I?

I really don't like Saga.

I did love Saga, and now I kinda like it, but I'm far more meh on it than I was.

I loved Saga right about up until that point, and then it was just like, no, I don't need another ~edgey "I'll kill everyone!" story, no thanks.

Brian has the same writing problem that a lot of big video game narratives have. He doesn't know to craft a big dramatic moment or character changing scene that doesn't involve death in any way.

Seriously, what dramatic, big moment does this series have beyond death or murder? It's all the damn same! There's no variety. He has only one dramatic story prop to use and he uses it all the damn time.

Relationship and parental strife? Inter-species tensions? The effects of violence and war on those both directly and indirectly affected?
