IIRC This isnt set in the 616 Universe. Its a alternate universe in which Thanos killed most of Earths heroes.

That timeline was wiped away present Thanos deciding not to become King Thanos. Frank was killed by the Surfer and Odin pulling him from that dead timeline into Valhalla.

Frank didn't like Valhalla so he got resurrected, time traveled to baby Thanos time and then time traveled to a planet when Galactus was going to arrive there so that they could talk about what to do with baby Thanos.

Okay, once again, Cosmic Ghost Rider is clearly just Deadpool. Trying to stop someone from becoming a future villain was the whole plot of Deadpool 2, and it also had Cable, the Juggernaut, and an Asian woman with pink hair.
