I'm willing to take a gamble and say it's like Samus taking off her mask at the end of each Metroid game. We've seen her masked this whole time, so now it's the face reveal?

They made such a deal earlier about her true identity being someone important, but damned if I have any clue about whether it really means anything now.

This was such a weird series... and it honestly makes me wonder what that universe would be like with 32 of the most powerful "supes" suddenly missing/dead. An entire generation of the best/worst gone... who would take their place, if anyone? I'd actually like to see a thoughtful exploration of the aftermath...

I'm also impressed with her lipstick. Gotta buy stock in that company...
