This comes from The Vault of Horror #34.

Two scammers run a phony travel agency where, after their sending their customers on vacation, they visit their homes and rob them blind. Their new tenant is a T. Charles Kingman, who lives in an old estate.



The mansion initially appears to be deserted. They go to the cellar where they discover a locked metal door telling them to keep out. They smash the lock.
