Date: 2018-11-09 11:14 am (UTC)As Dick noted in the last storyline, Dick has about a dozen Pentagon's worth of secrets in his head, involving just about every superhero going. Even if he can't access those memories he's a ridiculous security risk to let walk around, and even more to leave his various bunkers so easily accessible.
