This could be adapted to a movie or TV series easily enough. "Enchanted" or "Pleasantville" but with superheroes.

So the guy from the West-like Earth is getting brought down by the "real" one and the brutal guy is won over by the "easier" Earth. I'm really liking this.

Something I like about this is how the West-iverse is clearly silly, but that doesn't make the characters a joke. Dragonflyman being a straight-laced dork doesn't mean he can't kick ass, and the camp villains prove to be legitimately dangerous.
