This should be a great place for a hideout/base! I mean, yes, it's -20 C outside, but that's not a problem, this is comic books! Like, the windows are all smashed and it isn't even cold in here, let alone windy. Besides, we're Canadian and we everyone knows that all of Canada is a frozen hellscape anyways, right?
