Adult Swim is making Uzumaki into a cartoon.

Uzumaki was a three volume manga written and illustrated by Junji Ito. The name literally translates to Spiral and is about a town where people become obsessed with spirals and...then freaky and disturbing shit happens because of those spirals.

And now it's being turned into a (presumably terrifying) cartoon:

I really hope this is good but the Junji Ito anthology show felt very low budget and shoddy compared to shows like Death Note, Attack on Titan and Monster.
