I'm trying to swear off mega-crossovers so I haven't been following this, but I do have a couple of questions.
Who are the young skrull girl and kree boy? Do they have some relationship to each other or what (shipping was mentioned)?

I thought Franklin was a blonde, when did he get get black hair?
Is that Valeria in the 1st panel? She looks mid-teens, I thought she was much younger. Did I miss time travel or alternate dimensions shenanigans or something?

They were introduced in the prologue to this event as fighting in an arena for people to bet on. The Fantastic Four “rescued” them and immediately got pulled into the event

And the kids grew up a bit when the Four were on Hiatus post secret-wars

The alien kids are basically a case of shippers looking at two characters that hate each other and assuming that means they're in love. Admittedly, being in a story about how they need to come together and find common ground likely didn't help there.

Richards kids ages are always weird but you're correct that the current reason is post-Secret War shenanigans. Reed, Sue, and all the future foundation kids are older than they should be. Granted, it still seems like Val aged a LOT more than everyone else.

Frank dyed his hair black and blue right before Alica and Ben's wedding. It didn't go over well with most of the family. I assume the black hair is a compromise.

The fact that the Thor event tie-in seems to have been the single most important one and was also one of the unceremoniously canned books remains both very funny and a top-tier display of just how horribly Marvel's sprawling events tend to be managed these days.

I was just impressed they remembered that Thor's birth mother exists and might have something to say about alien trees dropping in and deciding to control all the plants on her world into killing all the animals.
