Well, all right, technically NOT 1983, but American educational naming conventions are weird and most of the class, those who survived, didn't actually graduate because the school blew up... repeatedly.... Do any of these guys end up with an actual educational qualification I wonder?

“Class of” is the year you graduated, for both high school and university. It’s not particularly complicated, I don’t think. It’s not hard to remember when you finished school. It’s getting harder every year to calculate how long ago it was, though, and holy shit, my high school diploma is old enough to run for President of the United States. And would probably do a better job than the current incumbent. 🙂
