In the past, hasn't Lobo regrown from drops of his blood? I feel that taking any amount of his blood might end... badly.

I think that's the idea. They need an army, so they'll use Lobo's blood to make an army of Lobos.

Darkfather aka Darkseid Batman, utilized a glass panel to capture the different shades of kryptonite from the Dark Multiverse. Which blasts Superman with the dastardly beams, weakening his Kryptonian cells and allowing the Anti-Life Equation to take effect.

I like the end. Where all the villains and heroes of the earth prime come to fight together against the Dark universe.
