I like the twist of the cold and badass anti-hero man who does "what needs to be done" making the pragmatic but morally questionable decision who turns out to be right, and then fucking it up anyway by holding onto that mentality.

Why is the story referring to Catman or Rampage as villains?

I get that Secret Six was ages ago but regressing Catman to a no hope loser who's getting beatdown by Batman is just depressing to see.
