"The odds of the Silver Surfer flying through here to punch you is much higher" is a great line, because it's not only objectively true, but also a surprisingly accurate grasp of the scale of things the Eternals tend to draw out.

Ikaris had a vision in the middle of a time thing where he saw himself before Toby's grave (the first time he ever heard of the kid), and has sworn to prevent that future.

Ikaris already had a self-fulfilling prophecy vision in the previous issue, so I doubt that Kieron is going to do that same thing again.
