My favourite thing about the Telltale Batman games was Bruce flat out stating that Thomas Wayne was not his father, Alfred is.

Most stressful part of the game: picking which dialogue option would most make Alfred happy because I don't want to upset my Butler Dad

Yes! 100 per cent this! I said to my wife as I was playing it (and she was watching): "I don't care what the consequences are, I will *never* upset Alfred. Come what may, bring it all on, Alfred will *never* be upset!"

The writers actually said they knew there likely wasn't going to be a third game so they tried to end it on a note of finality.

I ended up having Bruce stay Batman because I just can't see any situation where he would willingly give up the cowl.

One of the best moments in the whole Batman RIP farrago was the message Bruce leaves for Alfred, which ends with "I just want to say: Thanks, Dad"

The time skip (not pictured) kills me. Alfred goes to bed when Bruce is a frightened child and he wakes up to a call from Batman.

Still a frightened child but with better toys.
