If I had to guess BND Harry is the one in the jail, the skeleton is the original Harry and Kindred is his spirit or something.

The Kindred mystery thickens once more! At this point it's a sort of pudding, you can actually use it as spackle if you apply it thickly and let it dry out overnight.

It feels like how most Spidey mysteries tends to go, tbh. overly drawn out and often weirdly complicated and subject to strangeness and tends to retcon earlier stuff.

The next Spider-Man event will reveal the reason the Osborn's hair looks like that is because its a symbiotic organism that bonds with the host and makes them want to dress up in green latex and do bridge murders
