Worf's advantage of being a member of a species built with redundant organs in his physical prime (minus the eye) is clearly no match for the severe handicap of being Worf.

If Sulu had been just a few decades younger, he'd have straight-up won that fight.

That might be a reference to how the writers tired to imply that Worf and Tori could become a couple in season seven. It didn't really work.
