Foolish shark-man. You did not consider that simply by making a successful musical which the Judges could not shut down you would have your triumph.

They never do.
The true success is a damning yet entirely accurate portrayal of your enemies' failings and foibles, presented for all the world to see.


Uh... I, uh, mean, gosh, I don't think the shark-man's thought his revenge plan through.

(is it so wrong that I kinda want to see a real life musical version of Judge Dredd? Just out of curiosity.)

Do you really think the Judges would let any portrayal of themselves in the media be that they themselves didn't control? At the very least they'd seize the production and continue it themselves... but it's a Klegg portraying Dredd. They'll end it.
