It turns out that the cloak is in the posession of Tombstone and M.J and Felicia pull a clever switcheroo on him with M.J impersonating Felicia and pretending she's already heisted the bag from his safe...which has him chase after her, leaving the safe unguarded so Felicia can slip in and ACTUALLY crack it

Damn Felicia is good at what she does

Turns out the hood was swallowed by a demon bag
