Caleb, accuses him of dishonest. Which he accidentally kick off Martha kent wing off. Clark want to get revenge. But Clark did, in truth, cheat, which makes Martha sit down and have a chat along with her son about humility.
Later that night. Clark can’t let go that Caleb embarrass his mom and revealed her bold head. So Clark super speed to Caleb home to get revenge again. When Clark gets there. He sees Caleb father yelling drunken at him and driving off to get more beer. In his drunken state, Caleb father passed out and steering out of control into a busy highway. Clark used his powers to stop the truck.
The proceeds to take Caleb father to the hospital.



At the End. John tells Clark that Martha beat her cancer and will recover. Caleb comes into
the Kents hospital room and informed them that he is going away to metropolis to live with his aunt. Caleb also takes off his beanie hat and shown that he shave off his hair, as a I’m sorry gesture to Martha Kent.
In the present time. Caleb grew up to be a youth counselor at a Community Center.

Putting aside the whole idealization of rural south thing, I think removing his need to belong and Superman being in a part a way to be fully himself does nothing but make him a lot more one note and dull. Him goign to Metropolis doesn't work, at least not as well, if Smallville is an idyllic place where he was entirely comfortable being his true self.
Also, was this ever particularly the case? Just about all takes on Clark's childhood I can think of depict him alienated and lonely to an extent, from the Donner movie to Smashes the Klan, even currently canon Secret Origin (not my favorite by a mile, but the stuff dealing with it are the best bits).
