So NOBODY could catch her? No Daredevil? She can't hide her scent and heartbeat. He may not be able to take her himself, but he could get help. Moon Knight, Hires for Hire...

Who knows if they even exist in this world.

It maybe a similar situation to Spider-Gwen where there are little-to-no super powered beings in her universe.

Seems there were quite a few super powered beings in Spider-Gwen's universe. Matt Murderdock, Rhino, Vulture, Mister Murderhands, Captain America, Lizard...

In fairness, it's like like she goes on rampages with her powers.

She acts sneaky, probably has a spidey sense and was great at getaways before gaining powers

The big penny is a nice, if overused, touch.

This Felicia such a good thief she can steal Batman's penny from the DC universe!

Stealing the giant penny isn't so impressive as however she managed to fit it inside her apartment.

Does crimes.
Gains superpowers.
Is so bored that she turns herself in after doing some more crimes.

Yeah, this has to be a low superpower world if she runs out of challenges that easily.

Just hang around publically a while, there'll be a large Russian man along to hunt you for sport.

Crazy thought, but maybe she'd rather commit crimes than be the target of them?

Felicia went to all the trouble of finding somewhere that actually puts bags of cash in sacks with a dollar sign on them.
That is how bored she's got.
Now, did she get the sacks first, or steal the stuff and then get the sacks to put her loot in after, just so her apartment didn't look too run-down?

(Meanwhile, kudos at least to Slott for not just calling her "Cat Spider" or "Spider Cat" and calling it a day.)

She got the sacks, taught herself to sew and then hand embroidered the dollar signs on each of them herself because she like to do things with style.

I heard sentencing is taking forever because they're trying to find a prison that uses those black and white striped uniforms.

"Do you have anything else?"

"Well, we do have some spare uniforms from the Duckburg Correctional facility...."

Duckburg would be so confused by Felica.

"You want a tiny uniform for a spider? "
"No, that's just what she calls herself. She's a cat burglar."
"Oh, what size feline outfit do you need?"
"Not, I meant she's a thief."
"So what is she?"
"Some kind of shaved ape ... I think. Do you have any bonobo uniforms?"

Or she got so bored that she went to another reality to rob a certain money bin.
