He was going there, in defiance of the Wakandan government, to find where a particular smuggling network was getting the vibranium that moved along its edges.
He entered amongst others, moving in a crowd.

He followed them to a less crowded spot.
" I'm guessing you're not customs? "
" Crossbones. "
(Sam's partner the Falcon was captured in the previous issue - his subsequent travails and escape is the other half of this one.)
They fought.
" Ain't a problem for Old Steel Toes -
" - to do it again.
" What was that? "
(There's good use of detail in this page - the lack of it on the background birds in the second panel, the fine-grained level of it on the foreground flora in the fourth.)
Crossbones answered.
The boom subsided.

But then why the hell are they accepting americans? They should already have thousands of refugees incoming from countires like Soudan, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan and so on, plus the dozen of MU rotten fictionnal countries, who should have the priority over american people.
Wakanda is a powerful, but not very vast country. I doubt they have room for everyone, unless they send them to whatever planets Space Wakanda may own.
