Kurt is addressing his staff at the Altar, the bubble universe within Legions mind, and has to address the elephant in the room, well, not the elephant, but his "new look"....

Awww... poor Kurt, but he DOES rock the look!
Meanwhile...

This I'm rather more torn on, I know there have always been stories based around Warlock being "more human than most humans" despite being a literal extraplanetary alien, but I'd hope his astral self would be a little more.. abstract, as befits a member of a species for whom appearance and form are a perpetually changing thing. Still, let's see where it goes...

Date: 2022-11-05 03:02 am (UTC)I don't like Warlock's astral form being a generic human shape. Not when he's always been defined by his extreme mutability and constantly changing form. It doesn't feel like -him-.

Date: 2022-11-05 05:08 am (UTC)Though weirdly it just makes me wish that they'd do that to Beast. I always thought he'd rock that look as a way to make him a bit more beast-like without making him appear like any specific animal (one of the reasons I was never fond of his cat appearance).
