I like this series, but I just can't get down with the harley/bruce ship, she's mostly responsible for Alfred's death and no one mentions it.

it was OG Harley. The initial White Knight arc was all her plan; they lured Bruce into a fight with the supervillains they were mind-controlling for a year(another f'ed up thing that doesn't get mentioned) in a library Joker was building. It was staged to blow up, giving Bruce fatal injuries, He managed to get home so he could die with ALfred, who was being revitalized by a machine Mr. Freeze built. Alfred unhooks himself and treats Bruce, saving his life, but then dies shortly after.

I'm sorry, WHY did Dick get in the way? If Bruce had enough time to say, "Dick, don't...!" then he had enough time to dodge. Just...good grief. What a pointless death.
