The X-Men realize what Magneto's up to. (Swinging the space-bullet around and bringing Kitty home.) The X-Men and company run around preparing Mag's mountain spot for the return and hiding the event from the world so no freaks out.

It's time and Magneto proves he is still the Master of Magnetism.

Magneto pulls the bullet close to Earth and grabs Kitty out of it. Kinda like a crane-game.

"Du bist tsu dar, tzatzkeleh." Does anyone know what that means? I tried to google it but got nothing. I'm not even sure what language it is. Hebrew? Yiddish? German? Polish?

Peter runs to Kitty but...



It's a replay of what happened to her after the Mutant Massacre. She's perma-phased. The issue ends with this event sinking in. Kitty's in a containment unit and Dr. Reyes is trying to save Magneto's life.

I dunno, I kinda liked that she was running a clinic in NY away from all the superheroics. But on the other hand, Cecilia in NYX just seemed so unhappy, it broke my heart.

Agreed. It does seem like she came simply because she knew out there was now more dangerous. Still, I guess we can sort of take this as an unsaid confirmation that she kept her powers (still, Armor or Indra should teach her to use her powers a bit to be on the safe side).
